• The campsite is unique in that it is housed in the old disused fortifications Charlottenlund Fort. Kitchen and bathrooms are located in the old casemates. The fort was built in the years 1886-1887 and was included as a defense of Copenhagen Port until 1932. The fort can still containes the 12 haubits cannons, which were installed around the 1910.
