Rustic surroundings and unique location
The campsite is located in the abandoned fortifications Charlottenlund Fort, which contributes to a rustic atmosphere that makes the campsite unique. The relatively small campsite is delimited by a moat, which forms the outer framework of the camping area. We decorate with flowers and ensure that the campsite is always clean and welcoming so that you get a good experience as a guest.
The campsite is popular and often fully occupied, and therefore we recommend our guests to book via our online system as soon as the holiday date is in place.
Here you get ample opportunity to enjoy the area with lovely walks along the shore, bike rides or contemplation from the bench at the campsite's highest point with a view of Sweden and Copenhagen.

Choose the Correct Category
Pitch Categories
All pitches are located behind the fort's moat
There are different types of pitch categories for tents and caravans grouped by:
- Size
- Access with/without car
- Connection with/without electricity
It is important to select the correct category when booking; first of all because we want our guests to have a good experience and sense the "free space" around them, and secondly because we must comply with fire authority regulations on the safety distance between each unit in case of fire. Please view the regulations here.
Only one car is allowed per unit. A limited number of parking spaces can be rented for a fee of DKK 50 per day. For tent sites without car we offer free parking space in connection with the campsite.
The campsite does not have cabins, caravans or tents. None of our caravan pitches have direct ocean view.
Power consumption is measured and settled upon departure. See KwH rates here. Adapters and extension cords can be rented against a deposit at the reception.

Where to check in
Arrival and check-in can take place after 13.
If you reserve a place in our online booking system, all necessary information will be sent per. mail.
If you have not booked in advance, you can book a place in our self-service stand 24/7 and all information will also be sent by post. mail.
We strongly recommend that you reserve a place through our online booking system.
Advantages: Consumption settlement becomes automatic at your payment card and you do not risk driving in vain.
We are often fully booked and many drive in vain without a reservation.
Departure
When to check out
Check and check-out must be done by noon (12 PM) on the day of departure.
Please observe the check-out time, as new guests are waiting to take over your particular pitch. If the time of departure is exceeded, you will be charged for an extra day.
Campsite rules
Rules
We want our guests to have a wonderful stay and encourage everyone to comply with the rules and show respect and consideration for each other.
- No noise is allowed on the campsite after 11 PM.
- Please leave the kitchen, bath and campsite in the same general condition as you yourself would like to receive them.
- It is allowed to use the barbecue and grill, as long as the grill is not located directly on the grass. We also refer to the already establised campfire areas on the beach, which you are welcome to use.
- It is not allowed to hold parties on the campsite.
- Guests are welcome at no additional charge. The visit must be reported at the reception. Guests must leave the site by 10 PM - after at. 10 PM they will be regarded as overnight guests.
- Only 1 car is allowed per unit. Parking in places other than your assigned unit is not allowed.
- For safety reasons, there must be a minimum of 3 meters between each unit.
- Dogs are allowed on site, as long as they are kept on a leash and do not disturb the other guests.
- Smoking is prohibited in the campsite's indoor areas.
- You must be at least 18 years old to book a pitch and stay at the campsite.
- It is possitble to stay at the campsite for a maximum of 3 weeks at a time.
